Job DescriptionThis is an in‑person position based in Palm Beach County, with travel required.Training School SessionsLead and facilitate in‑person Training School sessions for new and existing franchisees and consultants.Deliver virtual follow‑up sessions, webinars, workshops, and network‑wide educational programs.Provide structured training for new franchise owners and consultants.Manage training logistics, materials, curriculum updates, and LMS content.Facilitate daily check‑ins and ensure an engaging, high‑quality learning experience.Identify training gaps and collaborate with the corporate team to enhance curriculum and educational resources.Participate in Discovery Day programs for prospective franchise candidates.Office Launch & Field SupportTravel to new franchisee offices to implement the Office Launch Program.Conduct face‑to‑face field visits to support operational setup and business growth.Assist franchisees with client appointments, networking events, and regional meetings.Identify operational challenges in the field and provide structured guidance to improve performance.Business Advisory & CoachingProvide one‑on‑one coaching and strategic guidance to franchise owners.Analyze business plans, operational processes, marketing initiatives, sales strategies, and expense management.Advise franchisees on growth strategies, profitability improvement, and value‑building initiatives.Instruct on marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and local market traction.Support implementation of operational best practices across the network.Conduct monthly updates and edits to the brand‑specific Success Guide as needed.Brand Alignment & Network SupportPartner with the corporate team to ensure training and field support remain aligned with brand standards, system updates, and strategic initiatives.Identify trends or recurring challenges within the network and provide feedback to leadership and support teams.Participate as a core team member in the Annual Exit Factor Conference and regional events, including travel and onsite support.Reinforce brand standards, operational consistency, and best practices across the franchise network.Travel RequirementsUp to 50% domestic travel, including franchise office visits, training sessions, and brand events such as the Annual Conference.Occasional international travel opportunities may arise.Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required.Must possess a credit card with sufficient available credit for reimbursable business travel expenses.Qualifications5+ years of professional experience in training, facilitation, adult education, or corporate instruction.5+ years of business experience in operations, sales, marketing, consulting, or business development.Demonstrated experience leading live, instructor‑led training programs for professional audiences.Proven ability to analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations.Experience working with business owners, franchisees, or executive‑level professionals preferred.Experience with B@B sales or business development is preferred.BenefitsCompetitive compensationComprehensive training to hone your skills at our headquartersTravel opportunitiesMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance coverageShort & Long Term disability insurance401(k) plan with company matchGenerous time off and paid holidaysEmployee Development ProgramsSocial gatherings and team‑building activitiesLeadership workshops for personal developmentRecognition for top performersPhilanthropy – a chance to give back to the communityAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
