Position Title: Trainer/Faculty
Department: Program Development
Reports To: Senior Supervisor, Training
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is directly involved in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the agency's comprehensive employee training program, agency certifications/trainings, webinars, and conferences provided to the community at large. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of adult learning principles, teaching methods, and group facilitation skills. This position requires local and at times regional travel.
HOURS
8 Per Day / 5 Days Per Week
CATEGORIES OF DUTIES
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
Master's degree in a health-related field preferred, with at least one year of relevant work experience. Alternatively, a BA/BS in a health-related field with a minimum of three years of related work experience is acceptable. Candidate must be knowledgeable in adult learning principles.
