Job Title: Trainer for Aeronautical or Naval Engineering practices10+ yrs Exp

Location:, Elizabeth City, NC Onsite

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

  • Experience in aeronautical or naval engineering practices, maintenance processes, and operational procedures.
  • Experience supporting aircraft, cutter, boat, or other maritime maintenance and sustainment operations.
  • Experience utilizing Asset Logistics Management Information Systems (ALMIS), Electronic Asset Logbook (EAL), and Decision Support Systems (DSS) or comparable enterprise asset management applications.
  • Experience delivering classroom instruction, technical training, or instructor-led learning programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver engaging presentations and facilitate technical training sessions.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Proven ability to effectively instruct and engage large groups in both classroom and virtual training environments.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while supporting organizational training and development initiatives.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
