Northwest | Part-Time Fitness Sales Associate

HOTWORX Omaha is looking for a high-energy, outgoing Fitness Sales Associate to join our team! This is a sales-focused role for someone who loves connecting with people, creating a great experience, and helping grow our studio.

About HOTWORX

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering virtual instructor-led workouts inside state-of-the-art infrared saunas, plus a functional training area for strength training.

What You’ll Do

• Give energetic studio tours and turn prospects into members
• Sell memberships, upgrades, retail, and promotions
• Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and emails
• Build relationships with members and provide an exceptional experience
• Help create engaging social media content
• Support community outreach and studio events
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming
• Assist with daily studio operations

• Outgoing, positive, and confident
• Passionate about fitness and wellness
• Motivated by goals and comfortable with sales
• Great at communicating and connecting with people
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
• Comfortable with social media and creating content
• Available for evenings and weekends

Sales, retail, fitness, or customer service experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right personality!

Staffed Hours

Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

This is a part-time position. Evening and weekend availability is required.
