  • Develop comprehensive training materials, including user guides, quick reference guides, hands-on exercises, presentation slides, job aids, and a minimum of five role-specific video tutorials; all materials Section 508 compliant.
  • Coordinate training logistics including scheduling, participant communications, registration management, and pre-training preparation; provide SME support during training sessions.
  • Develop and implement training effectiveness evaluation mechanisms: participant feedback surveys, knowledge assessments, and completion rate tracking; analyze results and recommend improvements.
  • Develop post-go-live support materials including help documentation, support request procedures, common issues/resolutions, and resources for continued learning.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and identify user groups or role segments requiring additional training or support intervention.
  • Supervise and quality-assure work produced by the Additional Training Developer throughout the period of performance.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in instructional design and training development.
  • Minimum of 3 years supporting enterprise technology implementations or software training programs.

  • Demonstrated experience creating video tutorials and e-learning content.
  • Demonstrated excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Training and Development, or a related field.
