Work Location: This is a hybrid position based out of our Lansing Corporate Office. Training and Development Support Coordinator: We are searching for a Training and Development Support Coordinator to perform duties in some or all of the following functional areas: training event set up and planning, general administration including ordering, record keeping, event management, assisting with instructor led training courses, and training program administration. What you will bring: • Associate's degree in Business or related field is preferred • Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative function • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office products • Able to multi-task and remain calm under pressure; can adapt to adjustments in the work environment, manage competing demands and deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events • Excellent organizational skills Compensation: Pay ranges at SMB are designed to reflect skills, experience, and business needs. The range shown excludes location-based adjustments, and most new hires start below the top of the range.
