Summary: 

• Executes stakeholder engagement strategy for organizational change management.

• Develops executable change management plans for continuing system releases and solutions to address existing pain points post implementation.

• Creates end-user communications regarding changes to systems and processes.

• Creates presentations and talking points for executives through individual contributor presentations.

• Conducts change impact analysis to assess organizational readiness.

• Conducts stakeholder analysis to identify key audiences and their needs.

• Conducts role mapping to align roles with new tools and processes.

• Performs survey construction and deployment for change readiness assessment.

• Analyzes survey results and incorporates feedback into methodology and alignment through training development and delivery.

• Develops training materials including instructor-led or web-based training, quick reference guides, and digital adoption content.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Knowledge and experience in organizational change management using ADKAR methods and practices.

• PROSCI certification is required.

• Hands-on experience with Change Management activities including change impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, role mapping, survey construction and deployment, analysis of survey results, and incorporating feedback into methodology through training development and delivery.

• Experience with stakeholder engagement, communication crafting, course and material creation, and instruction design (instructor-led or web-based training, quick reference guides).

• Experience with meeting facilitation and executive briefing.

• Experience with Captivate, Enable Now, WalkMe, and other digital adoption platforms.

• Leadership Development Program graduate.

• 4-8 years of experience in organizational change management or related field.

• Approximately 25% travel required.
