Training and Development

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.
US Citizenship Required. 

• Change impact analysis
• Stakeholder analysis
• Training development & delivery based on survey feedback/results
• Survey construction and deployment
• Analysis of survey results
• Communication design and development

Responsibilities will include:
• Executing stakeholder engagement strategy
• Developing executable change management plans for continuing system releases and solutions to address existing pain points post implementation
• Creating end-user communications regarding changes
• Creating presentations and talking points for executives through individual contributor presentations.

The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience; be adept at functioning in a fast-paced environment; comfortable with ambiguity; flexible in responding to changing circumstances and priorities in a positive, focused, and timely manner; strong in relationship-building and fostering collaboration; developing creative solutions; clearly articulating and communicating technical topics to non-technical audiences; exceptional writing and editing skills; ability to take command of projects and quickly and efficiently driving them to completion; and ability to create and build a product brand/identity.

This position will require approximately 25% travel. This can be a fully remote position. Travel will be determined based on client needs, no set travel at this time.

Required skills
• Knowledge and experience in organizational change management using ADKAR methods and practices
• PROSCI certification
• Hands-on experience with Change Management activities (change impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, role mapping, survey construction and deployment, analysis of survey results and incorporating feedback into methodology and alignment through training development/delivery)
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, communication crafting, course/material creation and instruction design (instructor-led or web-based training, quick reference guides, etc.), meeting facilitation, and executive briefing.
• Experience with Captivate, Enable Now, WalkMe, and other digital adoption platforms
• Leadership Development Program graduate
