In this role, you will provide training operations, curriculum administration, and learning coordination support for SAP and enterprise transformation initiatives. Serve as the training process subject matter expert supporting Change Leads, learning developers, and learning administration teams.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate training operations activities including course creation, updates, conversions, publication, curriculum maintenance, PLA/LMS submissions, reporting, and quality assurance.Manage handoffs across Change Leads, instructional design resources, learning administrators, and other training stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of training assets.Maintain training governance processes, standards, inventories, and reporting.Support Change Leads with training readiness activities, audience mapping, curriculum planning, training deployment coordination, and user access dependencies.Monitor training completion reporting and assist with issue resolution related to learning assignments, curriculum structures, and training administration processes.Qualifications:Seasoned Communicator: Extensive experience in strategic communication development and execution, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with people at all levels, including senior executives. Minimum of 5 years of experience.Strong Writing & Editing Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and accessibility. Ability to lead and execute training programs.Global Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or technical industries is a plus, but not required.Attention to Detail: Strong diligence, clarity of thought, and the ability to listen effectively and execute in a timely manner.Certifications: Prosci Change Management, Six Sigma, CCMP, ATD, or PMI preferred.Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is required.
