Job Title: Training Content Developer

Location: 234 Pierson Ave, Edison, NJ 08837 

Hybrid - 3 days on site at Edison office, 2 days at home

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analyses to identify performance gaps, assess client requirements, and recommend solutions.
• Apply adult learning strategies and theory.
• Create eLearning modules, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, and performance support tools.
• Partner with SMEs to translate complex content into clear learning experiences.

Required Experience

• Demonstrated experience in designing training for adult learners.
• Skills with common eLearning authoring tools, visual design tools and LMS platforms.
• Ability to work autonomously.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to absorb complex information and convert into clear objectives.
• Experience with scenario-based and authentic learning.
• Strong to great listener and collaborative problem-solver.
