POSITION SUMMARY:Coordinate the monthly cash receipts and statements and be responsible for processing them prior to the mailing each month.Acts as back-up verifier in Central Mail with the opening and processing of all incoming AGWM mail.Responsible for processing of all regularly scheduled computer reports and label pulls for the department, as well as connecting offices.Be familiar with policies and procedures relative to Missionary Services. Fills in for absent employees with various urgent tasks, and phone calls.Assists with processing and filing missionary mail, forms, and statements.Assist with the monthly mailing by stuffing, verifying, etc. Responsible for the retirement and miscellaneous mailings.QUALIFICATIONS:- High School diploma required.- Previous office experience.- Knowledge or experience in foreign travel helpful.- PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite).- Customer service.- General office skills..
