Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing manufacturing operation in Charlotte, for an organized and people-focused Training Coordinator to lead the design, scheduling, and delivery of employee training programs. Day to day, you will juggle onboarding new hires, coordinating certification renewals, tracking compliance deadlines, and partnering with department leads to close skill gaps on the floor and in the office. Responsibilities
Coordinate scheduling and logistics for all new hire orientation and onboarding sessions
Develop, update, and maintain training materials, manuals, and e-learning content
Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions across departments
Track employee training completion, certifications, and renewal deadlines
Partner with department managers to identify skill gaps and training needs
Maintain accurate training records within the learning management system
Coordinate with outside vendors and instructors for specialized training programs
Ensure all training programs meet company policy and regulatory compliance standards
Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and feedback sessions
Prepare reports on training metrics and outcomes for leadership review
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience coordinating or facilitating employee training programs
Strong presentation and public speaking skills
Experience with learning management systems and training tracking tools
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs at once
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design is a plus
