Summary/objective This role is responsible for coordinating staff training programs and managing document control processes within a regulated environment. Key duties include scheduling and tracking training, maintaining curricula and training records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as FDA, EMA, and quality system standards. The position also administers the Learning Management System (LMS), monitors training completion and compliance metrics, and supports audits and inspections. Additionally, the role manages controlled documents outside the Quality Management System (QMS), including version control, review cycles, approvals, and document governance, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and adherence to standards such as cGMP and ALCOA+. The Training Coordinator supports the Niowave Mission by fostering a culture of continuous learning, operational excellence, and strong documentation practices that ensure compliance, consistency, and knowledge retention across the organization. |
