Position Title: Training Coordinator

Position Type: Full-Time, Regular, Exempt
Hours per Week: 40
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
Wage Range: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
Position Summary
The Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating training and professional development programs that support employee growth, organizational effectiveness, and compliance requirements. This role works collaboratively with leadership and staff to identify training needs, facilitate learning opportunities, manage onboarding programs, and maintain training records.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, passionate about employee development, and experienced in coordinating training initiatives in a mission-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Professional certifications such as:
PHR
ATD Talent Development Certifications
DDS Med Admin Coordinator
PMT Instructor
DDS Abuse & Neglect Instructor
DDS Safe Swallowing Instructor
CPR/1st Aid Instructor
Mental Health 1st Aid Instructor
If not certified, must have ability to become certified in the identified trainings above, or trainings identified as part of the training improvement process.
Experience supporting remote or hybrid workforce training programs.
