We provide quality resources in four specialty areas: Information Technology (IT), Clinical Research, Rehabilitation Therapy and Nursing.Job DescriptionJob Summary: The training coordinator is responsible for the design, development, implementation, coordination, and facilitation of the Business Tools training and development program.ResponsibilitiesDesign and present training program plans based on an assessment of the training needs for new and existing employees for the Global Process Solutions business areaBuild positive, collaborative and action-oriented partnerships among SMEs, peers and stakeholders, including participation in identified key initiatives, projects and employee training needsDevelop training aids such as tip sheets and guidebooksFacilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom and virtual on line offeringDesign, develop and facilitate training programs and learning experiences on a wide variety of topics. Deliver content in an engaging way based on adult learning principles to ensure engagement, knowledge transfer and skill developmentManage and maintain training offerings in corporate Learning Management System (LMS), including development of trainee assessments, tracking of registered users and upload of contentDevelop Communication methods and visibility to training programsSelect, design and deploy appropriate mechanisms to measure learning impactQualificationsEducation and ExperienceBachelor degree in Education, Human Resources, or business related field preferredMinimum of 3 years' experience with learning and development, instructional design and/or sales training requiredKnowledge of adult instructional and learning theory and principlesExcellent interpersonal skills and strong ability to work in global and multicultural environmentAbility to travel globallyFeel free to forward my email to your friends/colleagues who might be available.
