Training Developer

Location: Edison, NJ
Duration: 6 Months

Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs analyses to identify performance gaps and assess company requirements
• Recommend solutions based on findings
• Apply adult learning strategies and theory
• Create eLearning modules, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, and performance support tools
• Partner with SMEs to translate complex content into clear learning experiences

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in designing training for adult learners
• Skills with common eLearning authoring tools, visual design tools, and LMS platforms
• Ability to work autonomously

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to absorb complex information and convert into clear objectives
• Experience with scenario-based and authentic learning
• Strong listening and collaborative problem-solving skills
