Job Summary
We are seeking a Training Developer I to create, design, and deliver training programs and instructional materials for employees and other learners. The role will assess training needs, develop curriculum and learning content, facilitate training sessions, and evaluate training effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with department managers and stakeholders to identify training needs, objectives, and target audiences.
Develop training curricula, presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, assessments, and other instructional materials.
Apply instructional design principles to create clear, engaging, learner-friendly content.
Deliver training through in-person instruction, virtual classrooms, e-learning platforms, and on-the-job training.
Develop and administer assessments to measure learner comprehension and overall training effectiveness.
Gather learner and stakeholder feedback and use it to continuously improve training content and delivery methods. APC-2380377
Utilize Learning Management Systems and e-learning tools to deliver training and track learner progress.
Customize training programs based on different audiences, skill levels, and learning needs.
Ensure training materials comply with applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Monitor learner performance and make appropriate adjustments to training content.
Manage training resources, materials, equipment, and schedules.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, training activities, and assessment results.
Communicate training schedules, requirements, and updates to stakeholders and participants. APC-2380377
Required / Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
Knowledge of the subject matter being taught, including technical, soft-skills, or industry-specific content.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with e-learning authoring tools, LMS platforms, and multimedia software.
Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles.
Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple training projects and meet deadlines.
