Description:
Diversified Systems is searching for a Training Developer / UX Support Specialist to support the IOP UX Team. This position is needed to handle the duties and responsibilities of the currently vacant Training Developer position on the IOP UX Team.

This position requires a unique combination of technical skills and communication skills that is difficult to find within the constraints of State employment.

This resource will support IOP in communicating to ABC users, through various channels, when it comes to issues and upcoming changes related to IOP-supported applications and websites.

Responsibilities:

• Provide training, guidance, and product support for 1200+ agency, board, and commission (ABC) users.
• Maintain IOP's training curriculum that supports Contentful CMS users.
• Provide UX support needed to migrate 160+ websites from the old HCL CMS to the new CMS.
• Support communications to ABC users regarding issues and upcoming changes related to IOP-supported applications and websites.
• Provide day-to-day support to ABC users related to HCL CMS, Contentful CMS, Cloudinary, Form.IO, Audience Manager, and Developer Portal.
• Support users in creating and maintaining content for public-facing websites and applications.

Requirements:

• Training curriculum management; Employee training & development; Training methodologies required.
• Web design, user interfaces and user experience; and tools including HTML and image editing required.
• Information Architecture principles required.
• User journey, User Studies, Journey Pathing required.
• Vendor relations required.
• Technical Skills Required: Content Management Systems (CMS) required.
• Technical Skills Required: Contentful required.
• Training Development Software required.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript required.
• Agile Methodology required.
• Understanding of the HCL Web Content Manager portal tool highly desired.
• Experience with the InnovateOhio Platform or similar government platforms highly desired.
• Understanding of Ohio State Government Processes and Regulations highly desired.
