Training & Team Development Coordinator

We're seeking motivated individuals with strong communication, customer service, training, mentoring, or leadership skills who are interested in building a career in the travel industry.

You'll begin by learning the client side of the business, including assisting travelers with vacation planning, providing excellent customer service, developing destination and supplier knowledge, and learning the tools and systems used throughout the travel planning process.

As you gain experience and develop your knowledge of the business, you'll have the opportunity to use your leadership strengths to support, encourage, and mentor others as they learn and grow.

Previous travel experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
