Our client in Duluth, GA, is seeking a reliable Training & Development Lead to join their team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a well-established company.
Job Title: Training & Development Team
Salary: $70K-$75K
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement company-wide training programs for employees.
- Develop onboarding and role-specific learning paths.
- Create compliance training related to debt collection regulations (e.g., FDCPA, CFPB guidance, state regulations).
- Partner with department leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Develop leadership development and professional growth initiatives.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and training records.
- Measure training effectiveness through assessments, KPIs, and employee feedback.
- Coordinate external training vendors and certification programs.
- Maintain policies, procedures, and training documentation.
- Support change management initiatives during process or technology updates.
Qualifications
- Experience in learning & development, training, or organizational development.
- Experience designing instructor-led and e-learning content.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with LMS platforms.
- Financial services, banking, collections, or compliance experience is typically preferred.
