Our client in Duluth, GA, is seeking a reliable Training & Development Lead to join their team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a well-established company.

Job Title: Training & Development Team

Salary: $70K-$75K

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement company-wide training programs for employees.
  • Develop onboarding and role-specific learning paths.
  • Create compliance training related to debt collection regulations (e.g., FDCPA, CFPB guidance, state regulations).
  • Partner with department leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs.
  • Develop leadership development and professional growth initiatives.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and training records.
  • Measure training effectiveness through assessments, KPIs, and employee feedback.
  • Coordinate external training vendors and certification programs.
  • Maintain policies, procedures, and training documentation.
  • Support change management initiatives during process or technology updates.

Qualifications

  • Experience in learning & development, training, or organizational development.
  • Experience designing instructor-led and e-learning content.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience with LMS platforms.
  • Financial services, banking, collections, or compliance experience is typically preferred.
