Develop and execute a training and development strategy aligned with business and operational priorities.
Manage the annual training roadmap and coordinate learning initiatives across multiple locations.
Identify skill and capability gaps and develop targeted programs to improve employee and operational performance.
Design, develop, and continuously improve training content, materials, job aids, and learning resources.
Create scalable and standardized training programs that can be implemented across multiple sites.
Partner with HR and business leaders on onboarding, employee development, leadership training, engagement, and succession initiatives.
Coordinate internal subject matter experts, facilitators, and business leaders involved in training delivery.
Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, feedback, observations, and performance metrics.
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
