Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to real estate agents and staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and create targeted learning solutions that align with company goals.
  • Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions to support professional development.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, making adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and impactful.
  • Manage training budgets, resources, and schedules to optimize program delivery and efficiency.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages continuous growth and development among team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate training, development, or a related leadership role
  • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing effective training programs within the real estate industry
  • Strong knowledge of real estate principles, market trends, and regulatory requirements
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of real estate professionals
  • Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
  • Experience with curriculum development and instructional design best practices
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze training effectiveness and implement continuous improvement strategies
  • Familiarity with The King Group’s market and company culture is a plus
  • Willingness to work onsite at 1 Harbison Way suite 115, Columbia, USA, with occasional travel as needed
