Job Title: Training & Documentation Specialist
Location: Boise, ID (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months

Summary:
Supports training systems, documentation, and LMS activities. Ensures accurate content, training records, and compliance with standards.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
  • Technical documentation creation, editing & maintenance
  • Documentation change management & repository control
  • LMS administration (training requests, audits, assignments, OJT certifications)
  • Content accuracy collaboration with SMEs
  • Training records & data management

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in technical documentation or LMS administration

Preferred:
  • Semiconductor or manufacturing environment experience
  • Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint
  • Experience documenting systems, equipment, or processes
