JOB DESCRIPTION
The Sales Training Coordinator will provide operational, logistical, and administrative support for sales training and commercial launch activities. This role focuses on coordination, execution, tracking, and content management of training programs, enabling Sales Trainers and Program Managers to focus on facilitation and strategic development.
This is a non field, non people manager role aligned to short term coverage and workload capacity needs (e.g., launch activity, onboarding volume, temporary leave coverage).
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate training records for new hires and tenured sales professionals.
Generate attendance, completion, and assessment reports as requested by Sales Training leadership.
Support documentation of onboarding metrics and training effectiveness summaries.
Deliverables
Accurate and up to date training schedules and communications
Maintained LMS content, assign modules to sales team and completion reporting
Training attendance and assessment reports
Organized training documentation and records
On time coordination of training materials and supplies
Materials & Supply Support
Coordinate ordering, shipment, and inventory of training workbooks, demo materials, and classroom supplies.
Ensure materials are delivered accurately and on time to support scheduled training sessions.[
Support training initiatives in collaboration with Sales Training, Product Management, Marketing, Contracts & Pricing, and Compliance teams.
Communicate risks, issues, or schedule impacts to Sales Training leadership with recommended solutions.
What skills/attributes are a must have (Please be detailed as to number of years of experience)?
Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Training Coordinator, or similar role (preferably 2+ years).
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
Bachelor s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
Where is the work to be performed? (Please list preferred *** facility, if other please specify i.e. remote work, rural, etc.) If hybrid, what is the onsite structure? preferred on site Jacksonville
What skills/attributes are nice to have? Training and education background, instructional design / adult learning training, event planning
What are the work hours? (ex. 9am-5pm, day/night shifts, rotating shifts, etc) If part time what is the expected schedule? 8am -4 pm EST 20 hrs a week. We do have training in person in the Jacksonville location for 2 weeks concurrently once a quarter. Would like to be open to working consecutive days during that week.
What does the interview process look like?
How many rounds? Screening, 2 panel (30 min) 1:1 interviews with sales training team members, (1) hour final interview with hiring manager
