Can you please provide a summary of the project/initiative which describes what s being done? This role is critical to ensuring seamless support for CRDN sales training efforts by managing learning platforms, creating and updating courses, generating actionable reports, and collaborating with regional partners to optimize training delivery
What does the team make-up look like how many members and what is the break-down of the team s skill sets? This role will be mostly working with 3 members of the global sales training team. The team will be sending content to be included on the online curriculum.

Develop, update, and manage our online platforms and curriculums
Run reports of the trainings
Work with the global sales training team and regional partners

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Plans, develops, and coordinates inhouse product training programs for field support personnel and customers. Obtains information needed to prepare inhouse training programs; prepares training materials; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids. Ensures training program(s) meets company and customer objectives. Maintains communication with customers to ensure effectiveness of training. May utilize trainers with technical expertise. Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date. SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects from design to implementation while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education (typically University).
