Training Lead

Job Description:

The Training Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for employees. They will work closely with department heads to identify training needs and develop programs that meet those needs. The Training Lead will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements as necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training programs for employees
• Work with department heads to identify training needs
• Deliver training programs to employees
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with training requirements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in training and development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other training software
