SUMMARY
The Training Manager will provide, at a minimum, planning, schedules, coordinates, facilitates, and present training focused on providing the highest quality security personnel for the contracts supported by the Federal Services Division (FSD).

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The
requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable

specialized experience in law enforcement, criminal justice or security program management; and
have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the last ten (10) years in teaching security and
law enforcement subjects at the adult education level.

knowledge of Learning Management Systems, Internet programs, and other software as required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS
OHER QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Must be a United States citizen. Ability to obtain State Trainer Certification, Weapons Trainer Certification (NRA, etc.)
