Summary: The Workforce Group, a LEMOINE company, is seeking an experienced Training Manager to design, deliver, and manage the training program for a federal human services program serving vulnerable populations, including youth, young adults, and families. This role is ideal for a training professional with a background in instructional design, adult learning, human services, social work, or field-operations training. The Training Manager develops role-based curricula, ensures all staff complete required training before beginning work, manages onboarding and annual refresher training, and maintains the training records and completion tracking that support program readiness and quality.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, human services, social work, organizational development, communications, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required. Minimum of five years of experience with designing, developing, and delivering training programs, including role-based curriculum development required. Experience training staff who serve unaccompanied minors, vulnerable youth, young adults, immigrant communities, or similar populations is highly preferred.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to support training delivery, program launch, and field readiness. Work includes virtual instruction, curriculum development, coordination with program teams, and maintenance of training records using secure systems. The schedule may vary based on program needs, and occasional evening or weekend work may be required during launch or surge periods.
