Summary
The Training & Operations Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and scaling the knowledge and training infrastructure that supports recruiting, payroll, and support service teams.
This role owns internal documentation, SOP development, and training resources to ensure teams operate with clarity, consistency, and efficiency.
Works Closely With
Recruiting, Payroll, Training, and Operations teams to develop documentation, support process adoption, and ensure teams have the knowledge and tools needed to operate effectively.
