Summary
This individual will provide support and leadership for the training functions at the Plant. This is inclusive of operations, maintenance, ESH, engineering, leadership and professional development training. They will enhance developmental opportunities and execute technical training strategies and initiatives that provide employees the skills to meet the expectations of their roles, enhancing their ability to achieve greater results and sustain compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Associates Degree required; Bachelors Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or universty preferred.
Relevant Experience
5+ years related experience and/or training
