Essential Job Functions
- Maintains records of training activities and training needs, monitors program effectiveness, and recommends improvements.
- Tracks and reports on employee participation or assessment results.
- Coordinates materials and facilities for training sessions, including handouts, supplies, technology and virtual or physical conference rooms.
- Assists employees in use of Learning Management System.
- May conduct needs assessments, focus groups or employee interviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Provides ongoing coordination and support of the company’s Talent Management Program.

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to work a 1st shift schedule (example: 5:00 am - 1:30pm)

- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
- Work performed in warehouse/manufacturing environment
- Job will require punctual attendance and regular presence on-site at the assigned work location
Education & Experience
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in training and development
- Experience working in a global multi-cultural environment.
- Experience in the Logistics/Warehousing industry.
- Experience developing training/learning content and writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Familiarity with eLearning development tools such as Adobe Captivate, Microsoft Office or similar is a plus.
- Proficient with MS Office or related office suite software.
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
- Professional certification may be required in some areas.
