Essential Job Functions
- Conduct onboarding, training refresher, compliance, and job-specific training for employees and temporary associates.
- Deliver training in accordance with company policies, safety standards, operational procedures, and customer requirements.
- Maintain training records, certifications, evaluations, and completion tracking.
- Provide hands-on instruction for equipment operation, systems, processes, and safety practices.
- Evaluate employee competency, provide coaching, and identify training or performance gaps.
- Develop and maintain training materials, schedules, matrices, and supporting documentation.
- Partner with Operations, Safety, Quality, and HR to support employee development and regulatory compliance.
- Support audits, recertifications, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify training needs and implement solutions to improve performance and operational effectiveness.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, safety, quality, and distribution processes.
- Ability to effectively train, coach, and engage employees at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and documentation management.
- Skilled in communicating procedures, work instructions, safety requirements, and system processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Safety, Quality, HR, IT, and leadership teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement capabilities.
- Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
Physical Requirements
- Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment.
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
- Job may require presence on-site at the assigned work location.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of training, learning and development, or related experience.
- Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, safety, quality, onboarding, or workforce development preferred.
- Experience delivering classroom and hands-on training, conducting evaluations, and managing certification or compliance programs preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
- Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Certification required or ability to obtain certification.
- Safety certification, training certification, or related coursework preferred.
- Train-the-Trainer certification preferred.
