This role is crucial for accelerating the development, review, and release of high-quality learning content for our company-wide AI Proficiency training program, particularly for our developer audience.You will act as a primary technical specialist, ensuring the accuracy, relevance, and alignment of all training materials and assessments with best practices and our internal systems/tools. This role is a force-multiplier, directly addressing content review bottlenecks to fast-track essential training releases.Key Responsibilities and DeliverablesThe AI/ML Specialist's responsibilities will focus heavily on content review, technical accuracy, and strategic alignment, as outlined in the project.1. Learning Content Expertise & ReviewContent Accuracy: Conduct thorough, hands-on review of asynchronous e-Learning modules and synchronous instructor-led training content (scripts, slides, documentation) for technical accuracy, clarity, and consistency in AI/ML concepts.Curriculum Structure: Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Curriculum Developers to provide technical expertise and feedback on course outlines and content architecture.System Alignment: Leverage deep expertise in AI/ML, and knowledge of internal company systems/tools, to ensure training content leads to the best possible learning outcomes for our developers.2. Use Case Sourcing and CurationSourcing: Proactively work with various internal teams and business units to source relevant, real-world AI/ML use cases that can be integrated into training experiences and assessments.Curation: Document, evaluate, and establish criteria for learning resources, creating and maintaining a durable tracking system for content review and evaluation.3. Assessment and Competency SupportQuestion Review: Review and validate assessment questions for technical accuracy, completeness, and precise mapping to the established company AI Proficiency rubrics and competencies.Practical Question Development: Provide critical support in creating and refining hands-on, practical questions and tasks for the assessment experience.SME Consulting: Advise with internal SMEs and external assessment partners on necessary content changes and updates.4.
