Overview: Human Resources - Training Rep 3

Our client is seeking a Training Rep 3, to play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering training programs for personnel at all levels. You'll help ensure learning is effective and measurable-creating tests and visual materials, conducting training classes, and establishing criteria to evaluate training outcomes. By staying current with evolving research and training methodologies, you'll continuously improve programs that strengthen performance today and prepare teams for greater responsibility tomorrow.

Requirements: Human Resources - Training Rep 3

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience. Master's Degree and 4 years of experience. 4 years of related exempt experience can be substituted for bachelor's degree. 8 years of non-related exempt experience can be substituted for bachelor's degree. An Apprentice Certificate or graduation from Navy Nuclear Power School can be substituted for bachelor's degree
  • Ability to design and deliver training programs for multiple personnel levels
  • Experience developing assessments (tests) and training materials/visual aids
  • Skills in conducting training classes and facilitating learning effectively
  • Strong capability to define and apply evaluation criteria to measure training effectiveness
  • Knowledge of training and development areas such as learning theory, motivation theory, and adult learning principles
  • Experience developing in-house training programs to identify development needs and improve effectiveness in current roles
  • Ability to evaluate and/or oversee contractors or vendors when developing or administering training programs
  • Potential experience supporting or developing e-learning programs (where applicable)

Nice to Have Skills: Human Resources - Training Rep 3

  • Hands-on experience developing e-learning or digital learning programs
  • Experience using modern training tools or learning platforms to enhance delivery and engagement
  • Background in mentoring, coaching, or developing talent for promotion-readiness pathways
