Members participate in virtually instructed 30-minute isometric sessions and 15-minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions that combine heat, infrared energy, and exercise for efficient, results-driven workouts. In addition to unlimited HOTWORX sessions, members can use the Functional Exercise (“FX”) Zone to optimize their time before, after, or between sauna workouts. Role Description The Training Sales Associate is a part-time, on-site role located in St Matthews, KY. This role is responsible for welcoming prospective and current members, conducting studio tours, and explaining HOTWORX training programs and membership options. The Training Sales Associate supports new member onboarding, schedules and confirms sessions, and provides basic guidance on using the infrared saunas and FX Zone safely and effectively. Daily tasks include engaging with members in the studio, answering questions about services, assisting with sign-ups and renewals, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. The role also involves promoting studio offerings, supporting local marketing activities, and collaborating with the studio team to deliver a positive and motivating member experience.
