Responsibilities
- Develop, present, and facilitate training programs for individuals on key practices and stanards
- Develop, present, and facilitate other training programs as needed
- Track metrics of training program
- Travel to facilities outside of Indiana to deliver training
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Experience in developing and implementing training programs
- Local candidates preferred
- Experience with line workers in a manufacturing environment a plus
- Previous HR experience a plus
- Basic Computer Skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
This position will spend the majority of the time in the greater Elkhart, IN area. Travel less than 20%
