Under generaldirection of the TrainingManager,conductsEnterprise/Propertyspecifictrainingprograms.Monitorsandmaintainsdatabases, providing statistical reports on the effectivenessoftraining for employeesduringtheorientation period and for career development. Assists in the identification and design of learningsolutions to meetindividual, department and casino propertytraining needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field; or Associate degree and nationally recognized trainer/instructional designer certification (i.e. Langevin, ASTD). Must have a minimum of three (3) years training and development experience in a corporate work setting with training as your primary role. E-Learning design using
authoring tools such as Captivate, Articulate, etc. a plus. Gaming experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Verbal and written fluency in the Navajo language highly desirable. Must be willing to travel up to 50% (includes overnight travel out of state up to 3 days at a time). No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Navajo preference.
