The Training Specialist will play a critical role in advancing large‑scale training, adoption, and change initiatives within the public health domain. This position is responsible for driving organizational readiness, modernizing learning experiences, and ensuring stakeholders can effectively adopt new processes, technologies, and ways of working. The Training Specialist will be responsible for curriculum design and 508 compliance and will work with cross-functional teams including technologists, systems experts, and program leadership—to assess current workflows, identify systemic gaps, and translate organizational goals into clear, actionable training strategies.

Responsibilities:This role requires a deep understanding of how people, processes, and systems interact within complex public health environments. The consultant will analyze proposed changes, evaluate downstream impacts, and develop comprehensive learning solutions that support rollout, sustainment, and long‑term adoption. They will build scalable training programs tailored to diverse audiences, ensuring accessibility, engagement, and measurable effectiveness across modalities.
