MUST have ADDIE experience!Job Overview:Seeking an experienced Technical Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training solutions that support operational readiness and business performance. This role partners with SMEs and stakeholders to translate technical content into effective learning experiences.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop instructor-led (ILT), virtual, and eLearning training using ADDIE methodology
- Partner with SMEs to gather content and develop structured training curriculum
- Deliver engaging training sessions across multiple locations (in-person and virtual)
- Support training projects from analysis through implementation
- Update training materials based on system or process changes
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Experience developing and delivering ILT, virtual, and eLearning training
- Strong working knowledge of ADDIE methodology
- Ability to collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders
- Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills
- Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia
- Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), Teams, SharePoint Power BI (preferred)
Big Bonus Points if you Have:
- Experience in technical or operational training environments
- Experience supporting system implementations or process changes
- Familiarity with training evaluation methods (e.g., Kirkpatrick)

The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
