Job Summary:Design, develop, pilot, and deliver learning programs for staff and management; diverse delivery methods to include instructor led training, e-learning, blended programs, webinars and individual interventions. Primary Responsibilities: Coordinate schedule of classes, webinars, etc. including facilities assignment. Work with Subject-Matter-Experts (SMEs) and Instructional Designers on new course and exam development. Work with leadership to identify training needs and to ensure course content, training methodologies and training materials meet those needs. Assist in maintaining and updating existing courses. Generate reporting of and ensure compliance on core curriculum. Identify needs for training including leadership and professional development.
