Predicate Logic also has offices in Chesapeake, Virginia, specializing in communications engineering, training, and Cybersecurity, and in Charleston, South Carolina, supporting the Navy and Marine Corps programs through Naval Information Warfare Center Charleston.SECURITY CLEARANCE:Applicant must be eligible for a Department of War (DoW) personnel security clearance.RESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct and supervise training and development programs for employees and external customers.Plan, organize, and direct a wide range of training activities.Respond to corporate and worker service requests.Consult with onsite supervisors regarding available performance improvement services.Assess training needs of clients and guide them through the appropriate training methods.Serve as the primary contact for CANES systems to support the training team's development and delivery efforts.Review, update, and maintain training curriculum, including lesson plans, trainee guides, and course slides to reflect the latest CANES system baselines and operational requirements.Collaborate with instructional designers and other technical experts to ensure the technical accuracy and instructional effectiveness of all training materials.Assist with the delivery of instructor-led classroom and shipboard training for fleet personnel, providing expert-level knowledge and hands-on support.Provide hands-on, practical troubleshooting and scenario-based instruction to reinforce learning objectives.Analyze technical documentation, including system change documents and engineering drawings, to assess impacts on training and drive curriculum updates.Support the design, preparation, and modification of engineering and training documents.EXPERIENCE:Ten (10) years of professional experience with Master's degree or fourteen (14) years of professional experience with Bachelor's degree with training experience, to include: establishing training needs, developing goals and objectives, developing training programs, and applying the instructional system development (ISD) process.Hands-on experience with Navy Shipboard Networks to include CANES, or other TACNET systems. Experience should include three (3) of the following four (4) areas: Network Administration, System Administration, Technical Documentation, and Training. Recognized expert who has demonstrated expertise in C4I Networks and System Administration. Technical Training in TACNET, or other Navy C4I systems Administration and Maintenance.EDUCATION:Master's or Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Psychology or related training systems discipline.Must possess Training Certification in Navy's Basic Instructor Training (either NEC 805A or 9502) or a current industry standard trainer certification, such as Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+).Must be Cyber Security Work Force (CSWF) certifiable for Information Assurance Technician Level II (IATII). This requires one of the following certifications: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security + CE, CND or SSCP. Must have one of these certifications at the time of hire and it must remain active.
