Training Specialist
The Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) provides services used by nearly every citizen of the State. Colorado citizens utilize identification, driver and vehicle services at State and County offices to obtain identification cards, driver licenses, vehicle registrations, titles, and other related services. The DMV licenses and provides oversight of private businesses and government organizations that provide driver and emission testing services.
We're hiring an organized communicator and collaborator to be our Training Specialist on our DRIVES Training team with the DMV! Use your excellent time management skills to deliver quality training to over 2000 stakeholders from the State, County and other areas while being able to handle any emergency deliverables. Your communication skills will ensure staff are trained and certified for their positions. When receiving calls and service desk tickets from your stakeholders, your expertise and customer service skills will ensure they are given the correct information and are able to do their jobs. Primary Duties:
This position requires overnight and extended travel to Driver License Offices and County Motor Vehicle Offices across the State. A State vehicle will be available to use. There will be occasional, in office work.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Experience Only:
Seven (7) years of full-time professional experience employed in a position that is responsible for developing and/or delivering business systems training to adult learners in a class-room and/or virtual setting.
OR
Education and Experience:
A combination of related education in Business, Training, Higher Education, Technology or related field and/or relevant full-time professional experience employed in a position that is responsible for developing and/or delivering business systems training to adult learners in a class-room and/or virtual setting equal to seven (7) years.
