Job Summary

A highly strategic and creative learning professional who designs and facilitates leadership development experiences, leverages visual storytelling and multimedia solutions to drive engagement, applies marketing principles to increase learning adoption, and partners across the business to build workforce capability.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership Instructional Design Expertise

• Strategic learning and leadership development design
• Adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Agile)
• Curriculum architecture and learning journey mapping
• Leadership competency development
• Performance consulting and business alignment

Facilitation & Leadership Development

• Expert facilitator for virtual, in-person, and hybrid learning experiences
• Executive presentation skills
• Group dynamics and learner engagement expertise
• Workshop design and delivery
• Coaching and feedback facilitation

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of experience

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Remote position; local to Southern California required for equipment pick-up
