Job Summary

This contract opportunity encompasses two complementary roles within a large-scale enterprise training program: a Field Logistics Senior Specialist responsible for managing all logistical activities for instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and collaborative instructor-led training (ILT, VILT, CIVLT), and a Learning Management Systems Senior Specialist responsible for administering SuccessFactors LMS, supporting end users, and maintaining learner records and compliance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Field Logistics Senior Specialist

  • Manage all logistical activities for ILT, VILT, and CIVLT.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all logistical activities for ILT, VILT, and CVILT.
  • Prepare training rooms and virtual environments, including coordinating seating and layout, A/V setup, connectivity validation, accessibility readiness, and meals.
  • Coordinate and manage participant hardware needs and troubleshoot issues as needed, including laptops, peripherals, login and access readiness, and system connectivity.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and manage training materials such as attendance sheets, data sheets, evaluations, job aids, and quick references, including distribution, collection, and post-session handoff.
  • Support scheduling during peak periods.
  • Act as the primary communication point of contact for facilities.
  • Support the training-related budget.
  • Support post-training follow-up activities, including tracking and resolving 'parking lot' items.
  • Serve as Producer during ILT sessions.
  • Track and communicate site constraints, safety protocols, and operational limitations that affect training delivery.

Learning Management Systems Senior Specialist

  • Upload, assign, label, and track web-based trainings in SuccessFactors.
  • Manage LMS user accounts, roles, and access permissions.
  • Provide LMS support to end users and trainers, including troubleshooting.
  • Track and report learner progress, course completions, and assessment results.
  • Gather feedback from participants and trainers to improve training.
  • Keep training materials, participant records, and compliance reports up to date.
Required Skills
  • Five (5) or more years of proven experience in business operations, training, organizational readiness, and/or ERP or other business transformation experience.
  • Experience building schedules, coordinating end-user and/or Facilitator training schedules, and managing related metrics.
  • Two or more years leading and/or supporting training or related functions, which may include implementing technical training initiatives, training development, instructional design, training delivery, training scheduling, and/or learning technologies and models such as ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, Enable Now, etc.
  • Knowledge of tools such as MS Project or similar scheduling tools, SAP, and/or S4HANA functionalities, modules, and integration points.
  • Experience supporting a training, organizational readiness, and/or business readiness function for an enterprise-wide program/project.
  • Two or more years of experience leading or supporting cross-functional/cross-organizational teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Three or more years of experience effectively interfacing, collaborating, and partnering with stakeholders, senior management, and team members to drive solutions and obtain buy-in.
Preferred Skills
  • Understanding of ERP systems, implementation processes, and training best practices.
  • Knowledge or experience working in Transmission and Distribution (T&D).
Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, education, Human Resources, project management, instructional design, or another applicable field (preferred)
