What We're Looking For
1-2 years of experience in manufacturing training, technical training, or workforce development
Experience as a Training Coordinator, Training Administrator, Technical Trainer, or similar role
Understanding of manufacturing processes, production equipment, quality systems, and safety practices
Hands-on experience with assembly, soldering, crimping, and cable or wire harness assembly is highly desirable
IPC certification or familiarity with IPC standards is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and experience levels
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Self-motivated team player who enjoys collaborating across departments
What You'll Do
Develop, coordinate, and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing and production employees
Conduct classroom and hands-on training covering equipment operation, assembly processes, quality standards, and workplace safety
Support new hire onboarding through technical orientation and job-specific training
Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve training content and delivery methods
Maintain training records and documentation to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
Partner with department leaders, subject matter experts, and HR to identify training needs and workforce development opportunities
Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials, SOPs, work instructions, and related documentation
Coordinate training schedules to support production demands and staffing requirements
Promote a culture of continuous learning, quality, and safety throughout the organization
Technical Training Specialist
