Drive the development of employee capabilities by coordinating training and mentoring processes, administering the Skills Management system, and ensuring consistent execution of plant-wide training standards to support operational excellence and organizational growth.
Duties and Tasks
(To be performed in full alignment with CANPACK Core Values: Respect, Safety, Teamwork, Integrity, Quality, and Innovation)
Act as a local administrator and key user of the Skills Management IT system, ensuring data accuracy, and effective usage across all functional areas of the plant/plants. Recruit, onboard, and develop local mentors, including preparing them for the mentoring role, verifying mentoring activities, and monitoring the quality and effectiveness of training delivery. Plan, organize, and coordinate training activities in close cooperation with departments, covering both on-the-job training and classroom-based training. Organize and supervise the employee skills assessment process, including active participation in skills evaluations and validation of skill proficiency levels in line with defined standards. Monitor execution of training plans, prepare regular reports and analyses, and communicate training progress, gaps, and results to key stakeholders. Promote training and development initiatives through internal communication channels, supporting the visibility and importance of capability building within the organization. Coordinate and deliver induction programs for newly hired employees, ensuring a consistent and structured start-up process. Maintain and oversee training documentation, including training records, standards, assessment results, and compliance-related materials. Cooperate with the Group / Corporate Training Team, actively participating in group-wide projects and supporting the implementation of global training solutions at plant level. Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Maintain the area in accordance with 5S standards and Continuous Improvement methodologies. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor, in line with the scope of the position and employment agreement.
