Training Specialist (Korean Bilingual Required)\n\nTimpl has partnered with a global battery company that is currently looking for\na training Specialist \n\n\nQualifications\nEducation & Experience\n * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development,\n or related field. Equivalent experience considered.\n * 3+ years of training and development experience in a manufacturing\n environment (battery, electronics, or automotive industry preferred).\n * Experience designing and delivering both technical and soft skills training.\n * Familiarity with regulatory training requirements (OSHA, EPA, DOT, EHS\n compliance).\n\n\nSkills & Knowledge\n * Strong instructional design and presentation skills.\n * Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and MS Office Suite.\n * Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, understandable training\n materials.\n * Strong project management, organizational, and recordkeeping skills.\n * Bilingual (English/Korean or Spanish) preferred but not required.
