We’re hiring a Training Coordinator for a long-term temporary opportunity with a large energy provider headquartered in Allentown, PA. This role is expected to last through next summer and could be extended beyond that. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about supporting employee learning and development, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Administer and manage Learning Management System (LMS) functions, including course assignments, roster tracking, and end-user support

  • Support various training formats: self-paced, instructor-led, and blended learning

  • Generate reports and dashboards to monitor training completion and effectiveness

  • Proctor exams and training sessions, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment

  • Coordinate event logistics, including room setup, A/V support, and supplies

  • Perform data audits, assist with system updates, and make minor content changes

  • Act as a key point of contact for both internal and external training participants

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Willingness and ability to learn LMS platforms

  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Physically able to lift or move items as needed (up to [insert weight] lbs)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with LMS platforms (corporate or utility environment a plus)

  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Office 365, and basic instructional design principles

  • Previous training coordination or administrative support experience
