Project Overview
The Training Support Analyst provides operational and logistical support for the planning, organization, and delivery of technical training pathways and programs that develop workforce capabilities across Operations. This role supports the execution of instructor-led training, technical learning events, certification programs, and continuing education initiatives. The position works closely with training program managers, instructors, and subject matter experts to scope and develop structured learning pathways and workforce development initiatives. The analyst also supports engineering teams in developing and submitting technical presentations to be reviewed by a 3rd party for CEU credits.22nd Century Technologies, Inc., is one of the fastest growing IT Service Integrator and Workforce Solution companies in the United States.
