Good Shepherd Health Corporation is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and execution-focused Transaction Coordinator – Acquisitions to join our growing acquisitions team.

\n

Good Shepherd Health Corporation is building a scalable healthcare platform focused on the acquisition, operation, and growth of pharmacies, durable medical equipment (DME) companies, and other healthcare businesses.

\n

The Transaction Coordinator will serve as the operational quarterback for our acquisition pipeline, coordinating transactions from initial evaluation and Letter of Intent (LOI) through due diligence, financing, closing, and post-acquisition integration.

\n

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in M&A, private equity, healthcare acquisitions, finance, commercial lending, or transaction management who wants hands-on exposure to the complete acquisition lifecycle.

What You'll Do\n
  • \n
  • Manage multiple active acquisition transactions and maintain deal timelines
  • \n
  • Coordinate due diligence between sellers, brokers, attorneys, lenders, accountants, consultants, and internal leadership
  • \n
  • Maintain acquisition pipelines, deal trackers, virtual data rooms, and closing checklists
  • \n
  • Coordinate LOIs, NDAs, purchase agreements, amendments, and other transaction documents
  • \n
  • Request, organize, and track financial statements, tax returns, bank statements, operational reports, contracts, licenses, and other diligence materials
  • \n
  • Coordinate lender and financing documentation
  • \n
  • Track financing approvals, underwriting requirements, conditions, and closing deliverables
  • \n
  • Coordinate pharmacy, healthcare, DME, Medicare/Medicaid, licensing, credentialing, and regulatory transition activities where applicable
  • \n
  • Monitor exclusivity periods, due diligence deadlines, financing contingencies, deposits, and closing dates
  • \n
  • Prepare weekly acquisition pipeline and transaction status reports for executive leadership
  • \n
  • Identify transaction bottlenecks and proactively escalate issues that could delay closing
  • \n
  • Coordinate closing activities, including inventory counts, closing documents, wire requirements, and transition planning
  • \n
  • Support post-closing integration and 30/60/90-day transition plans
  • \n
Who We're Looking For\n

The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple transactions and competing deadlines.

\n

A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, healthcare administration, or a related discipline is preferred.

\n

Experience with HubSpot, Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, financial statements, data rooms, CRM systems, and project management platforms is highly desirable.

Compensation\n

Base Salary: $75,000–$90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

You will work directly with senior leadership and gain significant exposure to acquisition strategy, deal structuring, financing, due diligence, negotiations, closings, and post-acquisition integration.
