\nGood Shepherd Health Corporation is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and execution-focused Transaction Coordinator – Acquisitions to join our growing acquisitions team.
\nGood Shepherd Health Corporation is building a scalable healthcare platform focused on the acquisition, operation, and growth of pharmacies, durable medical equipment (DME) companies, and other healthcare businesses.
\nThe Transaction Coordinator will serve as the operational quarterback for our acquisition pipeline, coordinating transactions from initial evaluation and Letter of Intent (LOI) through due diligence, financing, closing, and post-acquisition integration.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in M&A, private equity, healthcare acquisitions, finance, commercial lending, or transaction management who wants hands-on exposure to the complete acquisition lifecycle.
What You'll Do\nThe ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple transactions and competing deadlines.
\nA bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, healthcare administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
\nExperience with HubSpot, Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, financial statements, data rooms, CRM systems, and project management platforms is highly desirable.
Compensation\nBase Salary: $75,000–$90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

\nYou will work directly with senior leadership and gain significant exposure to acquisition strategy, deal structuring, financing, due diligence, negotiations, closings, and post-acquisition integration.
